Return and Exchange Policy

1. Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 14days from the date of delivery. In cases of product defects, this period is extended to30 days.

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

• The product must be in its original state, with all tags still attached and intact.
• It should not have been laundered, modified, or utilized in any manner.

3. How to Initiate the Process

Be sure to include your order number, the specific items you wish to return, and the reason for the refund. If applicable, attaching clear images of any product issues will expedite our understanding of your concern. We assure you a response within 24 hours.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

• Upon receipt and verification of the returned item's eligibility, we'll promptly process the refund or exchange within a reasonable time.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

In instances where the refund surpasses the permissible timeframe for certain payment methods like PayPal and credit cards (for example, PayPal allows refunds within 180 days), the refund will be granted in the form of a store coupon.
