- The product must be in its original state, with all tags still attached and intact.
- It should not have been laundered, modified, or utilized in any manner.

4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Upon receipt and verification of the returned item's eligibility, we'll promptly process the refund or exchange within a reasonable time.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
In instances where the refund surpasses the permissible timeframe for certain payment methods like PayPal and credit cards (for example, PayPal allows refunds within 180 days), the refund will be granted in the form of a store coupon.
Based on the specific circumstances of each order, we will determine whether a return is necessary after communicating with our customers. If a return is required, we have return addresses in the United States.
