How do I start a return or exchange?

To help us process your request faster, please include your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. If the item has any issue, please attach clear photos.
We will respond within 24 hours.
How long do I have to return an item?
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, the return warranty period is extended to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to an item issue, we will cover the return shipping cost when a return is required.
If the return is due to a personal reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
